My wife and I brought our two year old baby girl for her first dentist visit today and it went so smooth. Charlene and Dr. Bennet were very comforting and Dr. Bennet even got a high five from our brave little girl after!
As a mother of 5 and my youngest on the spectrum let me tell you it's a true blessing to find a dentist where he feels safe and actually likes going. Amazing people and a special thanks to Dr.Smith and Paula great work as always thank you.
Hygenists are so lovely to deal with :) great experience each time i take my son for a cleaning my son has autism and having a special needs child is difficult as it is but they have a lot of patience and work well children.
I got a team who listened to my concerns regarding my son's needs; and did the necessary thing for him. That's all I need. Well done, ladies^^ We had such a wonderful experience today. Charlene was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding with my son, as was all the members of DCC team. They took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable, and handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. It truly made a difference for us. We’re so grateful—thank you for your care and compassion!
