I brought my aunty to see Dr Mani, who is a very nervous patient due to past dentists in her childhood. Dr Mani was instantly so welcoming, very kind and extremely caring. I have been attending this practice my whole life. A while ago, I was placed with a dentist (Mr Mani Nasir) who I could only describe as the most demanding dentist I have encountered in my life. Every routine appointment resulted in something being pushed on me (such as a filling, toothpaste prescription, root canal, electric toothbrush etc), most of which I thought was fabrication. I cannot recommend Dr. Mani highly enough. After years of frustration with a retainer that repeatedly came off—despite multiple attempts by other dentists—I had almost lost hope. Then I met Dr. Mani. He fitted a new retainer for me, and it has stayed perfectly in place for years, keeping my teeth secure and comfortable. What happened to this dentist? It's changed a lot since it became private. I have been at this dentist for over 20 years and never been very disappointed until very recently. I can see 1 star reviews here match my situation very closely. Dr Manny carried out a filling and I had to go back again for the 2nd time as the filling was too high where I could not chew on food.
