My son was charged $175 for each 15 minutes of IV sedation and they charged for 30 minutes. We were told he had to have it because his tooth was partially impacted. 20 minutes after he went back, had an IV started, was supposedly given the medication and he had the "partially impacted" tooth pulled. He was not sedated,, just woozie when they WALKED him to my car. When I asked about refunding him for the 15 minutes he didn't get, they LIED and said he was there longer than he was and he received the full sedation. They called... read more

Eval and treatment should be handled by dr, not assistant. Dr should spend more time with patient that has appt with dr and should be more thorough. Dental staff should be a lot more sensitive. After several visits found they upsell more than treat.
