Came in for a regular cleaning. The cleaning was great. The only downside is the sales pitch for attempting to persuade me in Invisalign. If it is not absolutely necessary then I don't want it. Also, each visit, I don’t want this product to be pushed on me nor mentioned. Not only do I have to hear about it from the Dental Hygienist but now I have to listen to front desk go over the estimate of this extremely expensive item. Warning to Potential Patients: Be cautious before agreeing to any treatment at this office. I came in for their patient special, which included x-rays, an oral exam, and a cleaning. After the exam, they told me I couldn’t receive the standard cleaning because I "needed a gingivitis cleaning first "—which would cost extra. That claim turned out to be false.
