The facility is nice and the staff are kind, but I had a very frustrating and misleading billing experience. I went in for what I thought would be a standard cleaning and paid about $500 in co-pay and coinsurance, being told everything else would be covered by insurance. During the visit, they offered me additional services — an oral cancer screening and a cavity-prevention sealant — and assured me multiple times (even going to the front desk to “confirm”) that these were covered by my insurance. I’ve always hated going to the dentist so I’ve been postponing some serious issues. I cane to Dental Care at The Mark for an emergency visit. They treated me like family, I came in scared and left relieved. Now I’m coming back for all the care I need and couldn’t be happier! Every person I’ve delt with has been nothing but warm and joyful! Nathaly, More, Carlos, Laura and of course Dr. Figueroa. I couldn’t be happier I landed here.
This has been our dental office for the last 3 years - since we moved here in 2022. Our previous dentist we were with for 20 years and we are glad we found them. We highly recommend them to anyone. Professional and customer service 5 stars.
