As always, the staff is very friendly and professional. The dental hygenist Berkly, pays close attention to details and points out plans that needed to be completed by patients.
While visiting family two hours from home, half a crown fell off. I was able to get in the following day to see Dr. Nichols. The staff was professional and understanding of my situation. Dr. Nichols took a lot of time with me explaining treatment options. He was personable, patient, funny and kind. Thr staff are great. The service is great. I have no complaints!
This was one of the worst dental experiences I've had. The doctor was rude and completely unprofessional, especially in how he spoke to my mom. It was clear they only care about money, not the patients. I also had a root canal done there, and it's still hurting. I regret going to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.
