Beware of their billing practice. I will preface this by stating this is not a reflection on their work but on their billing. This review is going to be really long. I called this place when they first opened a little over a year ago because I had severe tooth pain. Now 3 months prior to this I had had a routine dental exam and cleaning but I had a bad experience with that dentist and they did not complete my exam but did finish my cleaning. Very great experience. Dentist was very professional and made me feel at ease. I was very apprehensive about continuing to use this office. I had a bad experience with a previous dentist due to lack of experience but he and the staff especially the hygienist were wonderful.
Dr Taylor and his staff will rip you off, upsell unnecessary dental work. As the daughter of a recently retired dentist seeking a new dentist for dental care told me that I needed 13 cavities filled and deep cleaning dental work done. If I had gone through with getting my perfectly healthy teeth drilled and filled - would’ve caused significant damage to my healthy teeth and eventually needed dentures in the far future. I am 74years old and have had many cleanings over the years. I have had two visits with Sandy; the first was six months ago, and then this last one. I have never had a better, painless, more thorough cleaning than these last two times. My experience from start to finish was excellent. I felt comfortable throughoutthe entire process!
