I had my first dental appointment here this past week. I was really self-conscious of the fact that I haven't had a dental visit in 2 years and I haven't put as much effort as I should in my dental health. However, I was very pleased with my visit from the time I checked in. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I love the fact that there is communication between the back office and admin so that you will know exactly what your out of pocket expense is. I was very encouraged to learn that my dental concerns are manageable!
Dr. Azeff and her staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate. Procedures are discussed and thoroughly explained, which helps with any anxiety one may experience. Michele, one of the dental hygienists, is gentle and thorough. Her personable approach, helps make the appointment pleasant. Having recently relocated to Woodstock from Illinois, I feel fortunate to have found Dental Care at Rose Creek.
Friendly, thorough, didn’t charge me for any additional services my insurance did not cover.
