Don't fall for their $99 new patient scam. Twice they called to cancel appt day of, once was 20min before appt. They didn't do cleaning because they wanted to upsell a deep cleaning. Paid $75 to get xrays i didn't need, was told the cleaning credit would be added to drop clean at next visit, then I got the 3k proposal for deep cleaning and walked out.
Had to start looking for a new dentist after my old dentist (who I'd been with for 45+ years!) retired. After making the rounds, I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Azeff and her wonderful staff at Dental Care at Rose Creek. They are pleasant, professional, caring, gentle, and kind. They didn't try to sell me equipment I didn't need (electric toothbrush, water flosser, etc.) or recommend a treatment plan that was inappropriate (like some other dentists that I previously I saw tried to). I have been a patient at Rose Creek Dental for several years. We followed Dr. Azeff from her practice at Little River dental because we liked her so much and trusted her with our dental needs. I’ve always had good care from her and Michelle my hygienist.
Very good
Had X-rays and cleaning from Kailey. She is so sweet and professional. She explained things to me in a way I could understand and I really enjoyed getting my teeth cleaned. Dr Azuff came in and talked to me about a problem with one of my teeth and she is going to extract it for me next week. Looking forward to seeing her, maybe not too excited about having a tooth pulled, but I'll behave!! Thank you!
