New patient! Very nice people, explained procedures so I understand, I am pleased so far with all procedures I have had done.
I was waiting 3 PLUS HOURS for just cleaning. They overbooked me. And the actual cleaning took about 10 minutes. UNPROFESSIONAL dental service. AVOID THIS PLACE!
I was there for 3 hours for a cleaning, way too long to wait. During the cleaning water was constantly splashing on my face and clothes. Seemed like they were trying to “find” as many issues as possible that my insurance would pay for with no real care for anything beyond making as much money form me as possible.
