One of the best Dental hospital in Augusta GA
When you work with children, it is especially important to be sensitive, patient, and encouraging. Unfortunately, the staff member who cleaned my son's teeth came across as blunt, callous and dismissive. Her bedside manners could use improvement, particularly when working with children who may already feel nervous or uncomfortable during a dental visit, which my son was. Very professional office. Everyone so nice. I'm happy to find a dentist office after my dentist retired.
I have had the most difficult and upsetting experience with this office. I came to them in July 2025 after deciding the dentist I was seeing was too rough. He was a specialist though, and I need perio treatment. He did a deep cleaning where he numbed me and then I was on a follow up schedule and decided to go elsewhere because of how rough he was.
