Mill Creek was fantastic as was Dr Jasik. That being said, I showed up for a cleaning today. They have been great about texting me for the last week about today’s cleaning. Well, I arrive to the office being closed and Dr Jasiks name scraped off the door. Apparently they are going to open for Mondays only in a couple of weeks. Very strange.
I swear this office never answers the phone. It's frustrating. They also aren't open on Fridays, don't understand why. Dr. Miller just left one day. No explanation, asked the staff when I went in for a cleaning and they didn't know either. Like huh?? They also don't know what they're doing when it comes to insurance, twice now, they have billed my spouse and I incorrectly, which is frustrating, because as I stated before, they never answer the phone.

I have been going to Dental Care at Mill Creek For about 4 Years. The staff is always courteous and professional. Dr.. Miller was a great dentist and he is the one I started out with. Dr. Jasik is SUPER! HCM transferred to James Island . I always feel welcomed when I go to the Demtist.
My dental hygienist is the best! She was very thorough but gentle, and explained everything as she went along.
