Excellent service
I had one very bad experience with Yanairy who cleaned my teeth. She was very rough and dismissive as she did her job as if she didn't want to be there. The next day, my gum had some discomfort and various marks showing up though I was told it could be caused otherwise, that experience has convinced me this was on her as well! Otherwise, I've had an amazing team with Dr Alvez. I just hope that this last set of aligners will do the necessary job for my teeth though. I was very nervous going in as I haven't seen the dentist in about 8 yrs and knew I was going to need a lot of work done. But the moment I walked in, my nerves were seriously put at ease when I was welcomed so kindly and saw everyone smiling. I was able to complete my new patient paperwork online which made the check-in process so easy. I didn’t have to wait very long and was soon called to the back by Dan, absolutely love him!
