Friday, the dental hygienist was terrible. I had her before and went through the same things. She goes too fast and nips your gum with the instrument that is used to scrape away plaque. However, it feels like she is removing the enamel off your teeth. I had to fake that I was in pain to get her to slow down. I have never experienced a dental cleaning like that in my entire life, other than the first time.
Maria and Dr. Sanchez were spectacular as always, professional and clearly know what they’re doing.
I love My Experience . They made me feel really comfortable ❤️
Only negative thing I have to say is I confirmed appt for 2 o’clock arrive by 2 o’clock, was not taken back till 237 for a cleaning
I feel like I was not communicated properly before doing cleaning procedures. My request was normal cleaning which I think that’s what they did but they charged me saying they did special cleaning. I don’t want to recommend people
