My first visit went quite well. They were understanding and accommodating of some medical issues I have going on, which I really appreciate.
Our family refuses to stay with an office with so much nonsense going on when all we need is basic dental service. Between a tech on a standard cleaning leaving your mouth sore for over a week, receiving bills in the mail that you go in circles & can’t get a straight answer on, and a Receptionist (Melissa) that can’t regulate her emotions like a teenager when you’re trying to get a straight answer on bills you’ve received is wild.
