I have had two cases but the one that impacted me the most was that I went for a small cavity and they did not give me the treatment to remove it or do something to avoid a bigger problem because the Doctor required me to put a Crown on me, when I did not accept her suggestion she told me that she could not help me. At the moment I did not have the way to pay for a crown since my insurance covers a part, but it seemed very unethical to not look for a solution and avoid a bigger health problem. My dentist visit with Cartwheel was magical. From the initial receptionist greeting to the final goodbye. The staff was amazing, Raquel the hygienist made the process comfortable with informative, professional service. I would barely give this a one star My tooth was in severe pain I had to actually get it extracted Dr Hutchin was so rude to me and my husband asking why I would even ask my husband any opinion that it was my mouth and that I shouldn't even look at him That this should be completely my choice Not to bother to look at him I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving didn't care if I had to deal with tooth pain better dealing with that then Dr Hutchin ended up leaving abruptly and went somewhere else where I was treated muc... read more
