This was my first visit since my regular dentist, Dr. Patel, left the practice. I was not informed at the front desk of this change and only found out after I was already in the back during my oral examination when a different dentist entered the room. This felt unprofessional and caught me off guard, as I was expecting to see my usual provider. The dental hygienist was excellent—kind, thorough, and very attentive.
