I scheduled an appointment after receiving a flyer advertising a $79 cleaning and X-rays. Before booking, I specifically asked on the phone if there were any hidden conditions, and I was told there were none. However, after the X-rays, I was told I needed a deep cleaning and additional treatments, and that the advertised cleaning could not be done unless I agreed to those procedures.
