I took my son for his first appointment today after being traumatized by another dental practice. Everyone on this practice put us at ease every step of the way. Answered all our questions. We left the office feeling like we had a plan. Thank you all for your kindness today
My hygienist has been great here and has done a great job explaining best practice for dental hygiene so I’m giving an extra star for her. Unfortunately the rest of the practice feels quite disorganized and a bit scammy. For example I deleted the 5 star rating I gave when I first started going here that I made because they would give a free fluoride treatment. I have been going to this practice for 25 years. I have had several procedures, always done well and with great care. Today I had an excellent cleaning, it was gentle, thorough and fast! Thank you!!
