Many red flags here. The best part about this place was a hygienist named Aurelia, who left several months ago. The admin staff is nice and Dr T seems nice, but every time I’ve gone for a cleaning, it’s been a sales pitch to replace old fillings with partial crowns, or to repair “small” cavities. On two occasions I paid out of pocket to get a second opinion from another dentist who stated either the cavities didn’t exist or that a partial crown was not necessary. Some of the staff is good, but they upsell like crazy and do not focus on your concerns
Dental by Design out of Portsmouth, NH is an amazing Dental practice. The quality of care for not only myself, but my entire family is second to none. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to providing the best patient care experience possible. I took my son for his first appointment today after being traumatized by another dental practice. Everyone on this practice put us at ease every step of the way. Answered all our questions. We left the office feeling like we had a plan. Thank you all for your kindness today
