I've always found the team at Dental Balance to be brilliant and every team member (from the front door to back-of-house) exceeds at customer service to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are great at assessing customer needs and responding appropriately. I recently chipped a tooth and was extremely grateful when I got a call to arrange an appointment within hours of letting them know.
I had an excellent experience with Dental Balance throughout my dental implant journey, which took around 10 months from start to finish. Darren and Tim worked closely together on my treatment, and their teamwork and professionalism were outstanding. My process required braces for three months prior to the implants, and everything was clearly explained at each stage, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
