From my initial phone call to my visit wirh Fran I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided to me today. I needed an emergency appointment as my usual dentist is away and I felt welcomed and treated professionally. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Fran.
Dear Dental Avenue Team From the moment I entered the clinic I found the staff very approachable and warm. My initial consultation provided me with an overview of what might be available based on dental requirements and financial situation. The second session I met with the Hygienest who explained step by step what was to happen. I left a bit sore after 4 injections but overall very happy I went through with the deep cleaning of both upper and lower gums. No pain the following day.
This is my moral obligation to share my experience with the principal Dr Tony Saad so that other people can make wise decision before using his practice. He cares more about your money than your dental health. He does not care if his action hurt you. I was force to pay in advance before even starting the treatment. I requested minimal exposure to radiation, but he didn't care. The more exposure is bad for your health but good for him, he can charge more money. All Dentists, hygienists and staff are all accommodating and so welcoming. And the place looks great with all the changes for clients to be relax while waiting.
Dental Avenue is such a professional practice -wonderful practical advice on oral health and really helpful with ongoing treatments. The staff is amazing and can only recommend highly.
