This has been my dental clinic for years, and their service is still top-notch. The concierge staff are all friendly. While waiting in the lounge, you can enjoy TV streaming, a phone sanitizer and charger, cold drinks, and Nespresso. I love the Jackson Pollock painting by the entrance and the Yayoi Kusama artwork. Excellent Service at Dental at the Met! I had a wonderful experience at Dental at the Met. The pre-evaluation and deep cleaning treatment were done with such care and precision by Shantall. She was gentle, ensuring that the entire process was painless. Her excellent customer service skills, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received today at Dental at the Met. I only went in for checkups and x-rays, but the experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and I felt completely comfortable—even though I usually don’t like dental visits and try to avoid them. Everything was top-notch! The clinic is clean and plays relaxing music, and you can have drinks while waiting for the appointment. All of the staff are super nice, patient and professional. They also helped to move my friend’s appointment time earlier when they have opened time slot so we could both finish at almost the same time. We also had a really thorough new patient examination. I trust the staff and doctor here with my dental health and I’ll definitely bring my family and friends here.

Wow! Probably the best visit I've ever had to a dentist. I went to Dental at the Met for the first time and was blown away by how kind everyone was and how thorough the exams/cleanings were. Angelo at the front desk is a delight! I love how they have many options to help make you feel more comfortable. Would highly recommend!
