Been going here a year and a half, had a dental emergency and an appointment. Upon arrival was told my appointment was canceled (new policy) I explained I had an emergency and was in excruciating pain. I was sent away, even called back twice begging to be seen, I eventually ended up at my primary care physician who referred me to someone who helped me that day, my new dentist. Love how they reply to all the positive reviews, but nothing to say to the person they sent away in excruciating pain WOW
The front office ladies are horrible, rude and should NOT be working in customer service. Wish I got their names so I could blast them. They suck soooo bad. DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!!
I love coming to DARI for my dental care. Ashley is an amazing hygienist. She is thorough with her cleanings and educates me along the way to better my preventative care! As always, thank you Ashley and DARI!
I've been coming here for regular cleanings for about 5 years, and I had a recent visit that is a good example of why I keep coming back. I chipped a tooth over a weekend in July. Luckily it wasn't very painful, but I called first thing Monday and they got me in Tuesday afternoon, which I really appreciated. It turned out I'd broken off part of the tooth in an area they'd been watching. Dr. Ahn explained he'd fill and reshape the area. I barely felt the numbing injection.
