What I know of this office is that Tatiana the office manager followed by her area manager Sandra are thieves from my Money they have kept $350.00 from us after the insurance has paid the bit of work done by the office. These thief's since then have made excrushiating excuses not to pay back my money including dening payments already made by insurance. I recently went in cause I woke up with a chipped tooth they were able to fit me in the same day! They explained everything thoroughly and it was fast! Thank you guys so much!
Front desk clerk Lupita went above and beyond to help us out with the services we needed. The dental staff were very friendly and courteous. Good to know that Couch Tony’s son is involved in the care.
The customer service here is amazing! I was very nervous given that I have not kept up with my cleanings but everyone was very comforting and explained the procedures and answered all my questions with no hesitation or frustration.
Staff and service is great. Doctor is awesome. However I only wanted a regular cleaning but they wanted to charge $80.00 extra for a deep cleaning. So I was told by the manager the law says if the doctor ordered a deep cleaning they can not do a regular cleaning. So they refused to do a regular cleaning so I walked out. Going back to Dental Park where I receive cleaning every 6 months no issues.
