Dr. Jaradeh truly excels at dentistry. I've been to many dentists in the past and while I've rarely had a bad experience, Dr. Jaradeh is the best dentist I've had. He takes his time when numbing you for a filling and I honestly never even feel a pinch. He is also more than willing to "watch and wait" and doesn't rush to do work until it's needed. All the staff from the front desk to the hygienists are excellent.
I had a very bad experience. The service was rude, unprofessional, and hurtful. When I told him that my teeth were slightly touching when I bite, he came back to adjust them, but he seemed rushed and impatient. It felt like he was in a hurry. During the adjustment, he was not gentle and caused me a lot of pain. I felt like he did not care about how uncomfortable I was. After the procedure, my teeth did not look normal.
