I've never had a front desk receptionist be so rude. I never write reviews. Actually I think this is my first review ever. I was simply calling about having a tooth removed because it chipped, it's sharp, and it's been painfully cutting my tongue up for a week. I had called around most of the day, unfortunately a lot of places are booked out, and my regular dentist is out on vacation. I love this place , so friendly and courteous.
On time, professional, explained my options and treatment very well.
Took my 3 yr old daughter for her first cleaning. Carmen cleaned her teeth and explained every tool to her first. Let her practice the suction tube on her own so she wasnt scared. It was great, very happy with how easy she made it for my child's first time.
All the employees that I saw were super professional, helpful, and informative.
