Zero stars. Horrible experience. After a lifetime of dental work, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a dental office - and that includes an infected root canal.I called to see if they fix dentures and accept my insurance. Yes and yes, they said. When I arrived, I repeated that I only wanted my dentures fixed. I have pretty solid proof that this "practice" is coercing people into getting dental work they really don't need. I went to this practice a few years ago for a couple of fillings, and at the recheck appointment I was told that one of the fillings they had placed was actually "insufficient", and that they would have take the filling out and replace it with a full crown. After a conflict over treatment, and finding out that they have $386 overpayment on my account I have made several attempts for a refund. For over a month I have continuously been told the a check will be sent out that day but not for the full amount. I do not trust this office due to the dishonest practices and never returning constant attempts for a refund. Seems that the practice is not for patients, only profit!
