They don't take state insurance, and even if you call in a explicitly state you're on state insurance they'll schedule you an appointment and not tell you they don't take it, I suppose in hopes you'll just be desperate and pay? This seems to be a known phenomenon, I am not the only one I've found with this issue. Staff is friendly and the music selection is nice.
Had a tooth pulled today and was a bit nervous. The staff made me feel at ease right away and we're all smiles! Everything was painless and perfect was 100 percent satisfied! I recommend Dental Associates for all your dental needs! Great group from the front desk all the way to the Doctor! TYVM!!!!
We absolutely LOVE Dr Julie and the team there! Everyone is always so kind to us and our boys actually don’t mind going to the dentist if it means we get to see Dr Julie!
My family seen Dr Hendricks for a decade. She was nice, but nice does not charge insurance for x-rays that they didn't take. Our new dentist pointed it out when we went to receive care. She should have been turned into the insurance company for fraud. All the work done to my son's and husband's teeth have had to be redone. My husband paid cash. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or a few years down the road you'll be replacing all of her work.
