We absolutely LOVE Dr Julie and the team there! Everyone is always so kind to us and our boys actually don’t mind going to the dentist if it means we get to see Dr Julie!
My family seen Dr Hendricks for a decade. She was nice, but nice does not charge insurance for x-rays that they didn't take. Our new dentist pointed it out when we went to receive care. She should have been turned into the insurance company for fraud. All the work done to my son's and husband's teeth have had to be redone. My husband paid cash. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or a few years down the road you'll be replacing all of her work.
I've been going to Dental Associates for a year and a half. For me, it's always scary to go to a new dentist. However, after my first visit, I was ready to go back again for the next visit! The staff is friendly. They welcome you and the time spent in the waiting room is minimal - I only read 1 page in my book before being called back last time. Concerns and questions are addressed, and I don't feel rushed at all. If you're searching for a dentist, give Dental Associates of Grinnell a call.
Don’t recommend at all, they never told my mom about the infection so here we are now in the ER for DAYSSSS!!!!!!
