I work in the Dental Industry and have never had an experience like this. No one there has a clue about insurance and billing. They bill you for more than you went in for without explaining the service or fees associated. They treat someone WITH insurance worse than someone that does not have it. I would suggest if first visit telling them you don't have insurance you will pay less for the same dental procedures.
