Sent out discount cards, total scam. When you get there they do a bunch of xrays and tests and then refuse to clean your teeth, claiming you have really bad gum problems and need a special, more expensive cleaning. This, of course, ends up being a complete fabrication when you go somewhere else. But you're still out your initial payment to them. Sad.

I work in the Dental Industry and have never had an experience like this. No one there has a clue about insurance and billing. They bill you for more than you went in for without explaining the service or fees associated. They treat someone WITH insurance worse than someone that does not have it. I would suggest if first visit telling them you don't have insurance you will pay less for the same dental procedures. I had a problem with 2 front teeth and now I have a perfect smile. Reasonable and flexible and highest quality dentist I have ever been to.

Just had my second teeth cleaning by Marco at Dental Arts, St Pete Beach. In a word: exemplary. Marco is the finest and most thorough dental hygienist I’ve encountered in my long life and I highly recommend him without reservation.
