I had an extremely frustrating experience with this dental office and would strongly caution others before seeking care here. Since December, I have been trying to get a simple authorization submitted to my insurance for necessary crowns. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, nothing was properly handled and authorization was never sent despite being told otherwise. Had my first filling here and I have to say this place is incredible. All the staff is awesome! And the Doctor is a Pro I Highly recommend for all your dental needs.
I came in as a new patient for a swollen gum check and a routine cleaning after recently changing insurance, and the experience was great from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient in answering all my questions about coverage. She checked in with me while I was in the chair to confirm my services were covered before anything was done, which was a relief. I wish I could give them more stars. First off let me start by saying I appreciate how patient both the dentist and his assistant was. My husband has a severe fear of needles from a childhood trauma he endured and they were gentle and affirming with him, he told me after that he felt like a scared child and he was really thankful for them and reminded me that I better leave an amazing review.
