I always recommend this dental ,dr.or dentist and the helper are nice,but the 2 lady there ,they are not so nice,the old secretary there they been nice ,helpful,kind ..they had an attitude..but I will still recommend Dr Acuna..he is very nice..you dnt feel that your teeth is gone..
My family was going here for years, however horrible service from office staff no longer make it worth it. Asked to speak to the manager Julisa, who ended up being the rudest one of all. When asked to speak to the dentist about the conflicting information I was receiving, her response was "he doesnt take calls, speaking to me is your only option"
I wish I could give this office 1000 stats. As an adult with learning and intellectual disabilities, I struggle with hypersensitivity and sensory issues. This makes my visits to the dentist very stressful. This office was God's sent. Everyone is so nice and patient with me. Dr. Rosas is the most gentle dentist I have ever had and I'm so happy I found this practice. Thank you for your amazing work and ethic!
I highly recommend this dentist office! I have been going here since covid began. I had a very bad experience with my prior dentist office so, a family member recommended Dental Arts Of Spring Valley, Dentist - Dr. Ramiro Rosas to me and they are amazing. They have literally helped me with my whole mouth, I've had many root canals, crowns and partials.
