Went in to see Dr. Stephen Gardner in Palm Harbor for a toothache and ended up needing a crown. The entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Gardner is extremely thorough and explains everything clearly. Brenda, his assistant, is exceptional—her 18 years of experience really show. She was professional, precise, and incredibly reassuring throughout. The numbing was the most painless I’ve ever had, and the procedure was efficient without feeling rushed. I spent 2 hrs at this place yesterday. To have only X-rays completed. The slowest ever hygienist. She was cleaning around in the room while im waiting in the chair. Then put me in almost Trendelenburg position, and started reviewing the X-rays. Why? Then she said I needed deep cleaning for 2 teeth, and she wouldn’t do regular cleaning , unless I do the deep cleaning, because her license is on the line. What???!!! Ridiculous! The worst experience I have ever had. And I have been going to the dentist over 30 years.
Dr. Gardner, and the entire staff are excellent! I have enjoyed each and every visit. They take the time to accommodate and thoroughly explain. I had a bridge made by Kylie and she is an artist. Stephanie did an amazing job with a deep clean as well
Excellent job on teeth cleaning. Very gentle and efficient. All work I have had done there has been superb. Stephanie does an excellent job
