Best dental office and service ever! My husband had an emergency and they took him right away. Brenda and Dr Gardner were awesome and managed to save his tooth!
The staff are competent, friendly and provide excellent care. The hygienist Laura and Dr. Gardner are attentive and go above and beyond..
Dental Arts of Palm Harbor is the best! I worked with Nadia and she explained everything thoroughly and did not get annoyed when I asked a bunch of questions. She made me feel understood and confident in their ability to take care of my needs. I didn’t schedule yet but once I’m ready, I will be returning without a doubt.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The dentist himself is very nice and professional, but the front office staff is a different story. They do not explain costs clearly, nor do they take the time to make sure you understand what your insurance will or won’t cover. When they made a mistake in communicating my out-of-pocket cost, they brushed it off and threw the paperwork I had signed in my face as if that excused their lack of transparency.
