Dental Arts of Palm Harbor is the best! I worked with Nadia and she explained everything thoroughly and did not get annoyed when I asked a bunch of questions. She made me feel understood and confident in their ability to take care of my needs. I didn’t schedule yet but once I’m ready, I will be returning without a doubt.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The dentist himself is very nice and professional, but the front office staff is a different story. They do not explain costs clearly, nor do they take the time to make sure you understand what your insurance will or won’t cover. When they made a mistake in communicating my out-of-pocket cost, they brushed it off and threw the paperwork I had signed in my face as if that excused their lack of transparency. I broke a tooth and Dental Arts Of Palm Harbor took me in the same day. They performed a root canal and crown and did it flawlessly. The staff was amazing and Dr Gardener was outstanding. By far the best dental services on the planet. Highly recommended.
Everyone in the office is exceptionally nice, professional and caring… It took me 62 years to find this one dentist that makes you feel like you’re the only in the office, the dental assistant act the same as the dentist does.
Absolutely best Dentist ever ! I will never go anywhere else, unless I get free beer. 5 star
