Excellent service and excellent care. I was seen promptly and the staff were all so friendly and comforting. Dr. Balthaser was excellent, putting my mind at ease (as I have a lot of dental anxiety) Thank you for a great experience!
If I was able to give this place a big Fat Zero I would!!! All they are about is money. They do not care about patients. The Dentist is never there Supposedly, the person who takes care of the bill knows nothing about billing. She needs to do something other than the billing. The office manager always puts her staff in terrible situations and never comes out of her office to speak face to face. Office manager that has meetings all day what kind of manager is that!!! ZERO stars. Not for pediatric patients even though they are to be a family dentist. Policy changes with no notifications. Treatment changes with no warning. Lack of communication and involving parents in their Childs care. I will never being going back to this practice again.
