I lived in the building next door that this property runs and operates. I was there for just over two years and paid $600 a month. Roughly that’s a little over $14 grand. Over the winter we had a bad mouse problem and we were accused of leaving trash around and our doors open. We had the maintenance man come in and report that was no trash about and to lay traps.
