Rang this morning when got through no appointments left but receptionist was very nice put me on cancelation list i was then contacted later that day and asked to go in 1815 I was seen promptly had my tooth removed staff and dentist care was fantastic very much appreciated no more pain 👏 👏
I would like to share my experience at this dentist and definitely a 5 star rating from me. They got me in when I needed it without any trouble. The care I received throughout waa amazing. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you
Managed to get me in on a cancellation receptionist were great dentist was brilliant thanks guys saved me having a painful holiday ty to to all the staff
The receptionist I had on the phone tonight was incredibly rude and left me feeling quite upset. She kept talking over me saying I should have rung earlier even though my tooth crown had just fallen out, I was ringing on the guidance from 111 as I'm in horrendous pain and can't believe how rude she was. I would like to file a formal complaint.
Receptionist was very rude, unsympathetic and had a very bad attitude. I rang 10 days ago I was put on a cancellation list and I still haven’t got anywhere and still in a lot of pain.
