The experience at the dental office was quite disappointing. The reception staff lacked friendliness and helpfulness, which set a negative tone for the visit. When I expressed my concerns about a decaying tooth and the fit of my partials, the dentist responded that they were acceptable for American standards, a remark that left me puzzled. It looks like a free clinic. Machine was leaking water all over the floor. I was looking at the mirror that they put in people mouth and it looked like it wasn't cleaned before it was used on me. (I sure hope it was) My insurance always covered 100 percent on cleanings and they said they only cover 80 percent. I'm going to reach out to Delta dental and ask them if something changed and they no longer cover 100 percent of the cleaning.
