Receptionist is very rude I called to make an appointment for my son and they misspelled his name so when I got to the appointment the lady wanted to argue with me saying that he never has been there which he has and I asked have you all spelled his name wrong she said no he's never been here and I said he has, she had a full attitude and over talked me instead of listening to me, then finally looked his name up again 2 see all his info was in the system, smh but the dentist and dentist assistants are Very nice

Absolutely horrible experience. Now I usually go to their Irving Park location, but unfortunately, we went to this location in Berwyn. Long story short, I wasted 45 minutes driving to this location just for the front desk to be completely unfriendly. Then they tell me that I have to fill out all this paperwork for him, which I have already done at the other office. The wire on my permanent retainer came loose and was cutting up the inside of my mouth. I called to try to get an appointment to have it looked at some time in the next few days. I was told I would have to wait over a week to be seen because they didn’t personally install my retainer 15 years ago. I asked for help finding a branch that could see me sooner because I am a patient there and they’ve worked with me before, but they said all locations are fully booked.
