I am extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment at 2:40pm. In the morning, I received a phone call from the clinic asking me to come earlier on the day. I declined due to work, as I needed to apply for leave and request a cover to be able to attend my appointment as scheduled. An hour later, I got another phone call advising that they needed to cancel my appointment due to 'issues with an x-ray' (happening in the last 'few days').
