DentaQuest handles the dental provider information for Johns Hopkins Medicare Advantage. I was trying to find a dentist for my 92 year old mother, a dentist who accepts her insurance. . The information on the DentaQuest website is extremely outdated. I called a half dozen dentists they listed as accepting JHMA, and not one takes mom's insurance. I ended up scheduling her an appt with my dentist, and we will have to pay out of pocket.
Would give 0 stars if possible - seriously, one of the worst companies to deal with.

I don't like the fact you have to wait a whole year for a deep cleaning of your teeth. U pay the monthly premium u shouldn't have to wait that long.
