I have had very terrible with Houston location on 2300 greens road on 11/07/2024 I came along with my sister who had a booking # B41284281 at 12 pm, upon arrival at 12:10 pm there was only 1 female employee and maybe 4-5 people ahead of us we ended up waiting over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get served! Finally after it was our turn when my sister provided her last name no reservation was available so my sister provided her booking confirmation and we were informed that booking was done under 3rd party which was through economy... read more
