Took my truck to them last week for a cracked rim, and for some reason they said they couldn't get it aligned not sure what that meant. So my tire was still leaking. I called back to let them know it was still leaking, and the tech told me I had flacking and I need new a new rim. But yet I was charged for something that wasn't fixed, or explained to me why they couldn't fix it. The worst place ever.
During a drive I noticed one of my tires was rapidly losing air so dropped it off at my local mechanic for inspection where they had told me my wheel was bent and gave a quote of $525 to replace; I asked for a picture of the bent and after asking the opinion of a friend I trust he said it could likely be fixed and recommended Dent Wizard to me.
