This is absolutely the best experience I've had with vendors in my dessert trailer build journey. John and his staff did a wonderful job on my custom windows & wiring. His pricing is extremely fair & he answers the phone when you call and have a question. Alot of businesses take your money and when you have a question, you can't even get them on the phone when you have a concern. John got my lights, brakes, and hydraulic all working on my trailer and re-welded all the cracks, straightened the frame up and hung my axles back straight with new springs and equalizers. Great work
He put half inch subflooring in my Airstream and then lied about it until I pulled some up and sent him pictures. Then, he lied even more saying they matched what was already in my trailer - there was never .5" subfloor in the trailer. The floor cracked when I walked on it, which is how I knew something was wrong. He also messed up the c-channel that the subfloor fits into. This guy is a typical East Texas contractor. I would avoid at all costs.
John has been upfront and honest from the very beginning. He will make anything you want CUSTOM. That comes with a price. His prices are very reasonable for labor. He has a few simple rules to work with him: 1.) Communicate with him. He is not a mind reader. He and I talk almost daily. 2.) Buy the custom items you want installed. Again, he's not a mind reader.
