Got me in same day and fixed it immediately. They were incredibly kind and generous. Can't say enough about how thankful I am for them.
I have done business with Red River Machine for over 20 years. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate my request. RR has always come though on new designs or repairing broken components. They are fair and honest and treat the person walking off the street needing help the same as a major facility needing something made.
