I reached out to Tim and he responded very quickly with a reasonable quote. He was able to come out the same day and make the repair. We had a small door ding in an awkward spot of our Toyota Tundra door and he was able to remove it. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Thank you Tim for the great customer service!
Tim did a great job! The door dents were sizable, and he made sure that they were not noticeable. He showed up on time, worked hard, and his price was the original estimate. I would definitely recommend him!
I took my car in for a small dent, expecting a clean finish. Unfortunately, the dent is still clearly visible, and now the paint looks uneven too. They claimed it was the best they could do, but I’ve seen better results from DIY kits. Totally disappointed with the quality.
The price I paid for a minor dent removal was outrageous, and the results didn’t justify it at all. I expected professional work, but it looks like they barely touched the dent. On top of that, they were rude when I questioned the final cost. Not going back.
They promised the car would be ready in a day — I ended up waiting three. No updates, no calls, just excuses when I followed up. Extremely unprofessional. If you’re on a schedule, avoid this place.
