Attempted to remove a small ding on a crease of our new vehicle. The metal was tough to work with and the technician was unable to remove the dent completely. Because he couldn't remove the dent completely, there was no charge for 30 minutes of work attempted on the vehicle. He was very honest and stated that he was worried if he attempted any further he could cause more damage.
