I typically don't write reviews, but the service I received was so poor that I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from facing the same issues. Initially, I visited A-1 on two occasions before deciding to have them work on my car. They were very polite and assured me that they could fix it. This is the best premier body shop in the dfw. Chad takes his time and makes sure everything is done per oem specifications not all the short cuts that insurance companies want shops to take . This is not a bondo and slap some paint on it type of production corporate owned body shop. It is his passion and the work tells it all .
