Office coordination needs lots of work. The 2 old ladies up front have absolutely no idea what’s going on. The whole process took way too many phone calls just to get the least bit of information. This company needs organization and teamwork. The work on my car was good, but they lack customer service.
Completely waste of time. Its been 4th day i am waiting for the estimate. I am receiving a messages that schedule your appointment for the job. Called too many times, talked to TOM 4 times. Kept saying i will receive in little bit. Very unprofessional team.

My mother Jeannie Marsh had her 350 RX Lexus with you guys a couple months ago. And I have got to say I am so very disgusted with the work that was done. There was overspray everywhere and it looked like the sanding that was done around certain areas on the bumper we're just clear coated over without even being washed. I tried my best to buff it out with some Maguire's medium grade polish and even use the buffer and still couldn't get it out. Total trash job we won't be back. I can promise you that.
