Hail damage repaired except one little dent, I called him back and he said bring it by anytime and he’d take care of it , well I drove by this morning and he looked at it and said , you know I can’t fix that for free , isn’t this right , there estimates are based on numbers of dents for the set cost , although I was previously happy with the repairs , it only took one missed dent to ruin this happy customer... no I won’t recommend this customer
I usually only leave reviews if something is REALLY good or REALLY bad. In this case, I was extremely pleased with the service I received when bringing two of my vehicles in to have some minor paint and dent repair done (backed one car up into the other!). The owner, Kevin, promptly responded to my inquiry for a quote. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and quality of workmanship.
