I dropped into the Redmond HF to ask a couple Q after being at my normal gym. I waited at the front for a bit and saw a trainer (Ed) with some women so I walked up to him to ask if anyone was at the desk. He was RUDE from the get go. Nasty tone. He did tell me (rudely) that the desk person was working out so he was busy too. He told me HF is by appt only and that if I wanted to talk to someone that was the appropriate way to do it. Great, clean gym with all the equipment you need, friendly atmosphere, and the convenience of being open 24/7. Overall, I really like this gym. My only concern is a trainer I believe his name is Eddie or Ed? I've seen him yell at members, take up most of the turf area, and behave in an intimidating and unprofessional manner. He also has very public displays of affection with his girlfriend, including prolonged kissing and excessive touching, which I feel is inappropriate in a gym environment. I have never left a review or comment for any business before. But this employee or owner was so dismissive and condescending I just had to. Looks like other people have left reviews about the same person named Edward. Hopefully he’s not the owner, because he just kills the friendly vibe of this location. If you feel that your PT clients are more essential and are more entitled to the equipment and space maybe you should cancel the memberships for non-pt members and just do PT sessions The equipment is somewhat old and with ... read more
