They were able to review photos of our issue and also warned us of potential issues that could arise when fixing our tricky shower hardware/tiling. Had a backed up kitchen sink, I called and left a message to see if they had availability to come out today. Zack called me back within an hour and set up a time for later in the day for me. Shawn and Keith called me with updates on when they would be here. They took care of the issue quickly and were very polite and left everything spotless.
John and Scott are skilled tradesman/plumbers of the highest order. We had the following replaced: 1) Hot water heater, 2) 3 toilets, 3) 2 outdoor faucets, 4) 2 bathtub trains, 5) Drain valves, 6) Rerouting of piping. The work was top notch.
