This treatment centre is a joke . Our union pays great money to help us in need . Their customer service is not helpful at all . I have spoke to so many people that work there and get the same service the run around . If can get help some were else the do it . They don’t care about the alcoholic or addiction from my point of view . Our union needs to no this . I am in need of help and do not care and they no this . I am so disappointed in this centre angry frustrated I don’t think I could forgive my experience with them
