I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my life, and none of them have kept me coming back consistently like DeNovo has. The coaches are amazing, and really care about your improvement, as well as preventing injury. The gym and equipment are clean and in great shape. And the community is fantastic and supportive.
I dropped in at DeNovo CrossFit this past week! Loved the friendly atmosphere, challenging workouts and great sense of community. Would definitely recommend this gym to any newer or seasoned CrossFitter, or anyone wanting to attend fitness classes!
I’ve been a member at DeNovo for just 2 months, and even though I recently experienced an injury outside of the gym, the support from the coaches has been incredible. They consistently check in on me and have offered thoughtful modifications to help me ease back into my routine safely. It’s clear they truly care about their members—not just in the gym, but beyond. So grateful to have found such a welcoming and supportive fitness community!
